Throughout her highlight riddled career over the past two decades, Lisa Ronson’s faith in people, teams and bosses as a structural focus for businesses has ensured her repeated success no matter the industry. Her marketing motto is ‘fewer, bigger, better’, integrating different business streams to drive cooperation and guarantee nothing is done in isolation.
Lisa’s default behaviour is aimed at nurturing other women in the workplace, an important attitude with 85% of the marketing staff at Tourism Australia being female and 29% of them are mothers. This she believes will provide a framework for both men and women to emulate leadership behaviours supporting women in the workplace.
