Women in Travel Awards

Inspirational women are all around us, leading, innovating and mentoring the next generation of the industry. Travel Weekly
encourages the travel sector to recognise and celebrate our industry’s tremendous breadth of female excellence at its inaugural
Women in Travel Awards.

While many industries struggle with gender equality, travel should be seen as a leading light given its huge range of top female executives, up & comers and equal opportunity employers.

The awards are judged by a panel of top professionals and the awards night celebrates their invaluable contribution to their industry through their leadership, innovation and courage.

We’re rightfully proud of the industry’s diversity but more can be done. Women in Travel will include mentoring, encourage more females at the top and further the gender pay gap discussion.

Recognising the 15 most influential women in the Australian travel industry, as voted by our judges and Travel Weekly’s extensive editorial board. These are the trailblazers who never gave up.
